How To Get Improved Focus And Drop Stress Quickly

When you let go of what stands in the way of your focus, it becomes very natural to pour more and more awareness into whatever you choose.  This is true of day to day tasks as well as long term goals.

The primary blocks to focus are various forms of stress.

One of my favorite ways of handling this, I call Refresh and Refocus.

  1. Take a moment to relax and let it all go
  2. Allow everything to slow down… notice your focus building
  3. Redirect your focus into your current project
