The Incline is 2768 steps, an average 45% grade (with sections as steep as 68%).  It starts at 6500 feet and ends at 8590 feet.

It’s a pretty tough workout.

Yesterday, it kicked my ass more literally.

Ouch – Day 1

One slip and an impressive ass-plant on the steps…. and now my forearms are more colorful than usual.

That was Monday.

Thursday I will be back at it.

Sometimes it’s that simple.

Ouch.

That sucked.

But I’m not done, yet.
